Quiet, and close enough the main bit

Clean, modern.. nice pool and big rooms. The cafe on the side is lovely for coffee and breakfast / lunch. Go there, Don’t waste your time wondering around in the heat, that’s the best there is for at least a 20 minute walk

Overall comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

Freshly renovated with spacious rooms, very clean with the cleaning done daily. Helpful staff, the check in process is very straightforward. The pool is rather small but that's expected. Good thing is that during the daytime it is mostly empty, so your stay feels quite private. The hotel provides you with beach towels as well. New water bottles in your room every day. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay.

The hotel is quite far from the beach, so keep it in mind when booking. You either need to walk about 25min in the heat, or take a cab, which is approx. 6EUR a ride. Quite far from all the restaurants as well as they are mostly located on the beachfront. The hotel doesn't serve breakfasts, and there are not as many facilities around that do either. Having chairs and a small table on the balcony would've also made our stay more comfortable.

Nice but inexpensive hotel

The staff were pleasent and friendly, and our room was very nice with 2 balconys and a view towards the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi, TV and air con all worked fine and the room was nice and clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. It was not a problem for us as we are were aware of it but its a 15-20 minute walk to Bangla rd/Beach but also makes it quieter at night!

great pool and nicely designed rooms. big and comfortable bed and large room and bathroom. breakfast was not good, with everyday some fruit. storing our luggage was not a problem. prices of drinks etc at the pool were very reasonable.

Location a bit further from the beach. for us not a problem, but older people might find that an issue. otherwise nothing to complain about:)

Stylish oasis in Phuket

Everything was the best: – stylish and green territory – clean & comfortable room – perfect at the 0 floor at the pool, the moment, when you after the shower just open your room’s window-door and jump into the swimming pool is perfect – good breakfast – rather good location, if you don’t want to live at all the noise and also the trip to the beach 20 min walking – places to eat, 7-eleven market and shops in 10 min So, if we come back to Phuket someday, we’ll choose Basri Boutique Hotel for sure!

Some advices to make hotel better: – if have a long stay, breakfast the same every day, so it’s not nice to eat again and again the same food. please, introduce any diversity – it’s so strange to ask for a pledge in our modern world :) hotel has our credit card, so for any damage hotel has guarantee

An oasis of calm in Patong

The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need, including shampoo and body wash - which is very nice by the way! The little pool which also has jacuzzi Jets is just superb. Spotlessly clean everywhere, sun beds and deckchairs around the pool to chase the sun or find the shade. The staff are a delight - so helpful and cheerful. Close to Jungceylon mall and Bangla Road. By the Myth night market. The cafe next door to the hotel is excellent and serves great coffee!

Great stay, would stsy again and recommend.

Rooms are spacious and well furnished, the pool is fantastic, staff are very friendly and accomodating. You can rent motorcycles through the hotel from the shop next door. Good service all around.

Location is not that well accessible if walking, if you have a scooter it's fine. The corner room we were staying at, while it had a good view of the city, it did get hot during the day and the AC needs a while to cool it down.

Everything about this hotel was great. From the reception staff, arranging everything from scooter hire to restaurant references. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and the rooms are large and comfortable. Close enough to all the attractions, far enough from the noisy city center

5 Star Stay. We had an amazing experience!

The location was great, short walk from all the busy areas so it was never to loud. 10min to patong beach and Bangra road. The room was super modern and clean, it fealt like a luxury resort. The king sized bed was super comfortable and the room was cleaned regularly :) Our room was massive. Fealt like an apartment. The pool was wonderful and kept a perfect temperature to cool off in the heat. We loved everything about the stay and the staff were extra helpful with getting us setup with any bookings and extras. Thank you we will definitely be back :)
